Day 01 :
Delhi to Manali

Spiti Valley Bike Expedition with Indiatrek Adventure begins from Delhi, where our team will welcome you at the designated pickup point. After a brief introduction to your fellow travelers, we'll embark on an overnight journey to Manali, the gateway to the Himalayas.

Day 02 :
Arrive Manali & Explore Local

Arrive in Manali in the morning and check in to your hotel for some well-deserved rest after the overnight journey. Later, meet the Indiatrek Adventure team for a detailed trip briefing covering the route, riding guidelines, safety protocols, and essential information for the expedition.

In the afternoon, explore the highlights of Manali, including the beautiful Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monasteries, Old Manali, Manu Temple, and the lively Mall Road. Spend the evening enjoying the local cafés, shopping, and the vibrant mountain atmosphere before returning to the hotel.

Day 03 :
Manali to Rampur/Sarahan (Approx. 200 km)

After an early breakfast, collect your bikes and begin the much-awaited Himalayan expedition. Ride through scenic mountain roads, lush valleys, and charming villages as you head towards Sarahan. En route, admire the magnificent Padam Palace and enjoy breathtaking views of the Sutlej Valley. Reach Sarahan by evening, check in to your hotel, and relax for the night.

Day 04 :
Sarahan to Chitkul (Approx. 115 km)

tart your day with a scenic ride into the beautiful Baspa Valley. Pass through Sangla and Rakcham before reaching Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and pristine landscapes, Chitkul offers one of the most peaceful experiences of the journey. Overnight stay in Chitkul.

Dinner and overnight stay: Chitkul

Day 05 :
Chitkul to Tabo (Approx. 200 km)

Today's ride takes you into the spectacular Spiti Valley. Visit the picturesque Nako Village, cross Sumdo, conquer the famous Ka Loops, and stop at the mysterious Gue Monastery, home to the 500-year-old naturally preserved mummy of Sangha Tenzin. Arrive at Tabo and explore the ancient Tabo Monastery, often called the "Ajanta of the Himalayas." Overnight stay in Tabo.

Day 06 :
Tabo to Kaza (Approx. 75 km)

After breakfast, ride towards Kaza while visiting the historic Dhankar Monastery, dramatically perched on a cliff overlooking the confluence of the Spiti and Pin Rivers. Continue through the breathtaking Pin Valley before reaching Kaza, the heart of Spiti Valley. Check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 07 :
Kaza Local Sightseeing

Spend the day exploring Spiti's most iconic destinations. Visit Hikkim, home to the world's highest post office, Komic, one of the world's highest motorable villages, and Langza, famous for its giant Buddha statue and marine fossils. Return to Kaza for an overnight stay.

Day 08 :
Kaza to Chandratal (Approx. 115 km)

Begin the day by visiting the majestic Key Monastery before riding to Kibber and crossing the spectacular Chicham Bridge, one of the highest suspension bridges in Asia. Continue over the legendary Kunzum Pass and reach the magical Chandratal Lake. Spend the night camping beneath a sky filled with countless stars.

Overnight journey: Bus / Tempo Traveller

Day 09 :
Chandratal to Manali (Approx. 130 km)

Wake up early to witness the peaceful beauty of Chandratal before beginning your return ride to Manali. Cross the rugged roads of Batal and Gramphu, pass through the engineering marvel of the Atal Tunnel, and arrive in Manali by evening. After freshening up, board the overnight Volvo bus/private vehicle to Delhi.

Day 10 :
Arrival in Delhi

Reach Delhi in the morning with unforgettable memories, incredible photographs, new friendships, and the satisfaction of completing one of India's most iconic Himalayan bike expeditions with Indiatrek Adventure.
