If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then, guest need to write a cancellation mail on bookings@indiatrekadvanture.com within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder. The Booking amount is completely non refundable.
Therefore, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Refund will be processed within 15 working days after the cancellation date.
Booking Amount is completely non-refundable.
Refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cancellation charges from Hotels, Transportations and any other services.
No refund will be provided due to any unavoidable circumstances such as traffic schedules/restrictions, landslides, flight amendments, weather conditions or any other.
